Centrifugal Type Single Suction Aspirator

        
 

 

Outside body of the centrifugal single suction aspirator is entirely made of DKP sheet, with the internal and external surfaces of the body is painted with electrostatic powder paint. In this type of aspirators, there are options of forward-curved crowded blades and backward-curved apart blades. Fan motor (drum) is fully balanced statically and dynamically, and there are a flange and a connector joint canvas of vibration preventive type, at the blowing and suction openings. Cassette filter and damper system can be applied upon request.

This type of aspirators are manufactured in two different drive systems:

1. Directly Coupled Centrifugal Aspirators

Motor pivot is directly mounted on the fan hub, and the fan rotates at the motor speed. Since there are no equipments such as bearing, belt, pulley etc, it is an aspirator with long service life and easy to maintain. Since the fans are statically and dynamically in full balance, silently and without vibration. It is preferred a lot since it is a cheap and efficient solution.

Manufacturing capacities range between 1.500 - 10.000 m³/h.

2. Belt - Pulley Driven Centrifugal Aspirators 

The pivot extended from the fan hub is mounted to the roller bearing. The pulley at the end of the pivot is driven from the motor wheel by means of the belts, in order to rotate the fan at the revolution desired. This way, the flow rate and pressure of the aspirator can be adjusted at the desired ranges. In this type of aspirators, the belt pulley unit is protected in standard manufacturing with a guard cover to prevent manual intervention.

Manufacturing ranges between 1.500 - 25.000 m³/h flow capacity are availabe.

Both single - phase and three - phase electrical motors are used in the manufacturing (380V - 50Hz- 220V - 50Hz).

Electric motors have IP54 or IP55 protection class (in special situations, Ex-proof motors having necessary safety class can be used). When selection of electrical motor is to be made, motor power is increased by 35% or 50%, which ensures 15% flexibility in flow increase.
